For more than 10 years I complained of stomach cramps, bloating and abdominal pain which is classified as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I was hopeless as to whether I will ever find a solution. I consulted several doctors and specialists but I found no cure.
I was then referred to Annalien by one specialist. Annalien placed me on a Low FODMAP diet programme that I carried out for about 6 weeks, the aim was to eliminate food high in FODMAPs. I went back for follow up consultation and I was moved on to phase 2 where I reintroduced FODMAP one at a time while tracking the symptoms and reactions, as well identifying FODMAP triggers, from there I personalized my meal plan. As for now, I no longer complain of stomach cramps and abdominal pain.
