‘You are what you eat’ is no exaggerated term. I’m still in shock of how much weight I’ve lost just by changing what I eat. I’ve lost almost 16kg in just a few months. I feel lighter, healthier and happier.
After trying so many diets that didn’t work, I decided to get real help;). I went to a dietitian who drew up a healthy meal plan with all the food stuff in the right proportions.
With determination and much needed guidance from my dietitian, I have now accomplished what I thought would be too difficult to attain.
I love being in control of my weight. My health and quality of life has really improved since.
